What Butterfly Marketing can really teach you about making money online

No, this is not another “Butterfly Marketing” pitch.

Quite frankly I didn’t even have time to see what it’s all about, but it doesn’t matter, because the real knowledge is what such expert marketers do rather than say.

So if you really want to know the power of Butterfly Marketing then it is not what Mike says or is going to sell you, it’s what he actually does.

And below we will try to learn how Butterfly Marketing earns real money for Mike Filsaime.

Let me stress from the very beginning that I haven’t analyzed Mike’s marketing plans, neither did any intense research, so what I wrote below is just a result of simple observation.

The anatomy of profit making Butterfly Marketing:

1. You create a problem-solving product on the market you work. In our case Mike as a marketing expert releases another big-ticket money-making solution. Big-ticket informational solutions have crazy profit markups, so this is the market where real money is made. It’s almost like a legal drug business.

2. Next step is establishing a powerful JV partnerships for the pre and after launch promotion. From the number of emails I get about Butterfly Marketing, I can say Mike managed to refer a lot of marketers, many of whom alone are able to earn him a “nice 5 figure check”.

3. Then you will be wise to turn the viral machine on. Everyone has its own viral “specialty”. Some marketers launch a refer-a-friend whirligig, others “charity-collection” publicity campaigns, while Mike sets massive viral freebie-giveaway contests.

Apart from sheer desire to help some folks get their hands on the course, such giveaways are, as Mark Joyner would call them, “buzzworthy” viral campaigns.

Buzzworthiness for Internet marketers is like honey for bees. They attract attention and generate constant flow of free and targeted traffic.

Who benefited the most from these freebie giveaways is Mike.

Maybe I should giveaway a few copies of my own software as well? :) Good idea, I’ll think about it.

4. The role of “free reports” in this launching machine was played by “online earnings screenshots”. For someone who can show $500,000 income screenshots it’s a great idea to make people believe the words you say. The marketing formula is “No trust = no sales”.

5. Then Mike organized a teleseminar with Mark Joyner. I can tell you, if someone gets Mark Joyner on the phone during the pre-launch is a surefire indicator of a 6-or-7-figure-earning product launch. Mark is an expert in virally irresistible buzzworthy offers, so … I can almost smell these “Incoming order processed” emails coming every minute or less to the email inbox :) and remember these are orders for a $1000 worth product.

After the two famous “Million Dollar Day” launches of John Reese’s “Traffic Secrets” and Frank Kern with Ed Dale’s “Underachiever Mastery Formula”, I bet Mike Filsaime’s launch will be the third to enter the book of e-marketing history.

So by now you can see how to make a $1,000,000 product launch. Now I’m off crafting plans and thinking how to best launch my own software :) Although I also learned that nothing sells better than truth and trust, and that 80% of success is not about pre-launch marketing rather than pre-launch product research.
